Along with ruining the wood, the rain and moisture also required us to replace the insulation below the windows. All electric cables were also inspected and luckily, were in fine condition.

Re-framing the window openings was necessary because the porch had sagged over the years and distorted the framing. We raised the porch to make it level before adding new windows.
