New Addition

We would highly recommend Jim Mattingly, without reservation, for any renovation or construction project. Jim had worked on adding a room for friends of ours, so we were able to watch his work as it progressed and get their feedback on Jim's work. Impressed with the quality of Jim's work, we proceeded to plan an 3-4 season addition -- from scratch -- to our home. Jim worked with us throughout the process, provided a number of design variations and was flexible and accommodating when we made adjustments to the plan. He was patient with us as the job necessitated that we make numerous decisions along the way, and he often came up with creative solutions and options when asked. Throughout the project, Jim communicated with us about his work plans and timing almost daily. His cost estimates were reasonable and accurate, and he provided timely updates to his quoted estimates as we made changes.
